Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns. We pack your products with utmost care to ensure that there are no leakages or breakages. In the rarest of rare cases if you are still not satisfied with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your concerns and look at appropriate action. However, if the product you receive is faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will initiate the return process once we receive the order number and photographic evidence of the faulty product within 24 hours of product delivery.
